Please bookmark Stampin' Team's Blog

I've decided that I'm going to just post to my Stampin' Team's Blog (robinandtiff.blogspot.com) instead of posting in both places! Seems like alot of work to double post everything.
Tiff and I are doing everything together anyway, so it just makes more sense that way.
Please bookmark the Stampin' Team's Blog so you can go directly there instead of coming here first!

Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you over there!
Have fun!

Celebrating great Open House success!

And the winner of our $200 basket is.....Wendi! Congratulations to Wendi!

Thank you, Wendi, for coming and supporting us!

Thank you to all the women who came to our open house! It was great! We had the best time and lots of great card making!

Are we having fun, or what?? LOL!

I love this group of women and all the support they give us and our business! A big thank you to Lorie and all her girls!

This is my beautiful niece Kendra and my cutest ever granddaughter Rachel (who is doing so much better!). Kendra was our children's project queen/babysitter!
Thank you so much, Kendra, for helping us! We couldn't have done it without you!

Of course there were lots of other people that came (sorry we don't have your picture!), but we didn't take enough pictures! Next time...more pictures!
We are off to Bear Lake for the weekend! I'll be back on Monday!
Have fun!

Good Morning!

I wanted to share pictures of my stamp room and some of the things I use for organization that I absolutely love!

This shoe organizer is what I use to put all my stamps in. It's the perfect size and is very strong . I love it! It's so easy to see all my stamps. I put them in alphabetical order so I can
keep track of them all!
I got these racks from IKEA. I can't remember what they were called, but they were in the kitchen department. They were very easy to install and are the perfect size for the punches. Even the baby punches stay on. Obviously I need another rod! And then, of course, more punches! I love punches!

I got these boxes from IKEA. I had to assemble them myself, and I put a coating of paint on them. They are the perfect size to put all my stuff in! I put my ribbon in the middle box. I have my "designer" ribbon in the top drawer, and my spools of ribbon in the two tall drawers.

This is how I store my cardstock and DSP. I haven't really found anything that I love to store my DSP in, but this is a good start. It keeps it organized and keeps it from getting bent. This is an easy way for me to see my cardstock. This seems like a really good way to store it to me. I have all the colors right where I can see them to help my designing process.

Last but not least, this is the cutest thing I found at IKEA. It was actually in their curtain hanging section. It's a metal type of cord and then there's little clip to attach your pictures, cards, whatever to! It's so cute and was very easy to install. Well, at least it was easy for my husband to install! LOL!
I'm off to get ready for my open house on Friday! I'm looking forward to seeing everybody and to see who wins my HUGE basket of SU! products!

WooHoo! I got featured on Stampin'Up!'s Stampers' Showcase!

I am sooooo excited! I woke up this morning and checked Stampin'Up!'s Stampers' Showcase, and there was my card! I can't believe it! Out of the hundreds of demonstrators that submit cards each day, my card got picked! How exciting for me!This is the picture that's on SU's website!

I have been so busy lately! I have been making projects to submit to Artful Inkables for an opening they have for their design team! Wish me luck!

Also my little granddaughter Rachel (Tiff's daughter) has been very sick and has been in the hospital. Poor little girl! She seems to be doing better tonight, so that is great news!
The cute little Zoofari card that I made has been bugging me, so I revamped it! I like it alot better with the other animals on it. It just seemed to be missing something, you know???

I made this cute KuKu Flower! It was so much fun! I just made it out of scraps of ribbon that I had. I am sending it to my DDSS Lil Sis. I attached it to this awesome M&M holder! Hope she likes it!

It seems like Father's Day was a really long time ago, but I know it wasn't! Time goes by so fast these days.
I made this card for my cute little hubby!

I made this one for my son-in-law.
Can you tell I was getting in a hurry?

I made this card for my dad and my father-in-law. Kinda cheatin', but, hey, I was running out of time!

I pulled out these retired sets so that I could make some really fun cards and be able to do some water coloring!
I think these first two cards are my favorite!
I love this lady on Stampin' Fun!
I did quite a bit of layering and used my sewing machine, which I love to do! I really like the look it gives the card.

I embossed this image with irredescent ice to make her shine! It reminded me of being all wet!
I wasn't too sure about the colors on this card when I first started. But when it was finished, I thought it turned out pretty nice! I actually like the greens and the red together!
I used my Cuttlebug quite a bit today too. I love the texture that it gives to my cards.

On this card I dry embossed the flower and then lightly sanded it. I used my crimper and crimped the bottom half of the DSP.
I hope you enjoyed my cards!
Thanks for looking!
Have fun!

Great stampin' day!

I got a card from my SCS DDSS Big Sis! Here it is:

Thanks, Big Sis!

I got this card in the mail today from a DDSS Angel!

Cute card! I love how she punched the holes in the flower and has the old olive underneath. Cute!

I was in some sort of stampin' frenzy today! I made three cards and one altered paperclip (which was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be)!

This is the first card I made.
I've had this vision in my mind, and did my best at creating it on paper. It didn't turn out exactly how I had hoped, but it's still pretty good!

I made this card from the Loads of Love set. I made it for my DDSS Lil Sis for the challenge for the second half of the month. I hope she likes it!

Then I made this paperclip to send her also to go along with the Flower Power theme for the month.

The last card I made today was this birthday card that I'm going to send out for the Birthday Babes on Splitcoast Stampers. I CASE'd it out of the Card magazine. I thought it was so cute! It was very easy to! Used my CuttleBug for the die cut alphabet.

Wow, now I think I'll sleep great tonight!

Busy day today!

I have this great friend who sent me the yummiest homemade blackberry jelly made from home grown blackberries! Yummy!!!
I sent this to him and his wife as a thank you!
It was fun making it. I've never used this stamp set. I stiched around the edges to give it a more "homey" feel.

It's my granddaughter Bailey's birthday today! She's two!!
I wanted to make her a card, so I combined it with the color challenge on SCS and came up with this card!
Turned out kinda cute!
I put iridescent ice embossing powder on the tusk so that it shines!

I was busy today making cards and getting ready for our Father's Day class tonight! Lots of girls and lots of fun!

You can tell that I was in the mood for summer today! Both birthday cards that I made I made with the Summer Picnic DSP. I made these two cards for Splitcoast Stampers Birthday Babes. I love this little turtle!

Stampin'Up! has a really good promotion this month (check it out under my promotions!) with the Fresh Cut stamp set and these really cute die cut note cards. These three cards were so very fast and easy to make and they are dang cute! The pink one I embossed with glitter embossing powder. It's kind of hard to see in the photo, but it looks really cute with the rhinestone center in the flower.
Off to make Father's Day gifts with my class!
Have fun!
